As an HCPC-registered physiotherapist and CSP Member with over 10 years of experience in physical rehabilitation and patient-centred care, I have worked across Brazil, Portugal and the United Kingdom in a variety of clinical settings, supporting patients through recovery, rehabilitation and long-term wellbeing.

​

My clinical practice focuses on post-operative rehabilitation and manual lymphatic drainage, alongside the management of lymphatic conditions, with a strong emphasis on delivering safe, effective and evidence-based care.

 

I have completed advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the LTA (Lymphoedema Training Academy, UK), and I am a member of the British Lymphology Society (BLS) and MLD UK, ensuring my work is aligned with recognised UK standards in lymphatic care.

I support patients across a range of clinical needs, including:
   •    post-operative recovery following cosmetic and reconstructive surgery
   •    swelling, fibrosis and scar tissue management
   •    lymphoedema (primary, secondary and cancer-related)
   •    lipoedema
   •    pregnancy-related discomfort and postpartum recovery

My approach goes beyond manual lymphatic drainage alone.

I combine Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), compression therapy guidance, therapeutic exercise, tissue and scar management, and patient education to deliver comprehensive and individualised care.

I have extensive experience working with patients recovering from surgery and cancer treatments, supporting both physical recovery and overall wellbeing.

My aim is not only to reduce swelling and discomfort, but also to restore function, confidence and quality of life.
